We are responsible for building-level safety, including:
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency lighting
- Fire safety compliance
Carbon Monoxide
You are responsible for keeping yourself and others safe in your home.
- Do not remove or disable smoke or carbon monoxide alarms
- Do not block or wedge fire doors
- Know your escape route
- Report any safety concern immediately
Carbon monoxide: Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colourless, odourless gas and can be fatal. If an alarm sounds or you feel unwell:
- Leave the building immediately
- Call emergency services
- Do not re-enter until it is declared safe
