Saint John of God Housing Association clg works in partnership with a number of stakeholder organisations and associations to achieve its housing objectives. These include local authorities, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, developers, financial institutions, the Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) and many housing associations who partner and support our work. We have a team of property, legal, building and architectural consultants.
The support of the local authorities and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is key in terms of providing funding to enable our developments. Financial institutions, such as the Housing Finance Agency, are important for providing loan finance.
