Our housing is characterised by our desire to provide secure and sustainable accommodation which is inclusive of different individual’s needs and which allows tenants to integrate into the wider community. Good housing is an important prerequisite for our tenants’ active participation in society.

Our goal is to grow the Saint John of God Housing Association as we also seek to improve our service to tenants. Our aim is to develop new and innovative ways of meeting our tenants’ expectations.
In our desire to deliver exemplary housing, the Development Team plays an important role in assessing all new developments. The Team makes sure that we are able to manage and deliver a high standard of service in the properties we choose for our tenants.
In partnership with the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, with the Local Authorities, with the Health Service Executive and with Saint John of God Community Services and other support providers, our Company sources capital funding and we manage the development of accommodation, based on people’s needs through acquiring or leasing properties, by developing new builds or by refurbishing the existing housing stock.
Many of the projects are based on recommendations derived from Saint John of God Community Services’ development plans who provide the support / care package to many of our tenants.
