Report A Repair

If you have a query about a repair, why not use our online system to report it?

Please provide us with as much detail as you can about the repair, for example:

  • Where is the problem located? (i.e. in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or other)
  • What exactly is the problem?
  • When and how did the problem occur?

Remember to check that your contact details are correct (full address and telephone number). Once you have logged your repair online, a member of our team will be in contact with you.
