We are a non-profit organisation, and we rely on funding through several avenues, such as capital funding through Local Housing Authorities and the Department of Housing, Planning, Community & Local Government’s Capital Assistance Scheme. The Housing Association’s funds are not only used to buy new properties; the maintenance and refurbishment of existing stock is a big part of what we do.
